My chiropractic story is a little different than most. At the age of 2 my parents brought me to a chiropractor not because I had a problem but they wanted me to reach my full potential. My father realized the power of chiropractic care after he received his first adjustment at the age of 16. He spent his whole life till that point suffering from debilitating allergies and asthma. After his initial adjustment he continued to receive regular chiropractic adjustments because of the positive benefits he felt in his body.

I grew up in a more holistic, vitalistic way than most Americans. I received minimum “medical treatment” and not that they weren’t available (my mom worked in a hospital) or that my parents didn’t “believe” in them, basically I never needed them. I was rarely sick, was a good student, and always active in sports. I know that my regular chiropractic adjustments, and vitalisitc living kept me healthy. At the age of 16 I decided that I wanted to be a chiropractor and it’s been one of the best decisions of my life.

I grew up in Brick and graduated from Brick High School in 1998. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA and graduated in 2004. I opened my office in 2005. I am married and blessed with two children who get adjusted on a regular basis.
